1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services offered by Princess Lash Studio, including our website at www.princesslashstudio.com, booking services, and SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Princess Lash Studio provides professional beauty services including eyelash extensions, eyelash refills, lash lift and tint, brow lamination, semi-permanent makeup, facial and skin care, waxing, and related beauty treatments at our salon locations. All services are by appointment only.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Cancellations must be made by calling or texting the studio directly. Cancellations via email are not accepted.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee or a deposit requirement for future bookings at the sole discretion of Princess Lash Studio.

Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment modified or rescheduled depending on availability.

4. Deposits

Deposits may be required for certain services including semi-permanent makeup appointments. All deposits are nonrefundable and are applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits may also be required for clients with a history of no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, health conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding status prior to receiving services. Princess Lash Studio reserves the right to decline services if a client's health condition may be adversely affected by the treatment or if the client's condition poses a risk to staff or other clients.

6. Photography and Social Media

Princess Lash Studio may request permission to photograph clients' results for use on social media and marketing materials. Photography consent is entirely optional and will be requested at the time of your appointment. By providing consent, you grant Princess Lash Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness for promotional purposes.

7. Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not permitted at appointments unless they are receiving a service themselves.

8. Payment

Princess Lash Studio accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit card, and cash for in-person payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available at our salon locations and on our website.

9. SMS and Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Princess Lash Studio, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, promotional offers, and other business-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help reply HELP or contact us at info@myprincesslash.com.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Your consent to receive SMS messages will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.princesslashstudio.com including text, images, graphics, and logos is the property of Princess Lash Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Princess Lash Studio provides services and website content on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Princess Lash Studio and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

Princess Lash Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
